Print Services & Communications Assistant

General Job Summary:
This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) located on the Emmetsburg Campus. The Print Services & Communications Assistant is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling print service requests, producing high-quality printed materials, maintaining print operations, and support marketing and communications initiatives. This position serves as a key resource for print production, media relations support, and distribution of institutional communications while ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with Iowa Lakes brand stands. The successful candidate must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or associate degree in related area and three years’ experience preferred. Experience in desktop publishing and Adobe Creative Suite beneficial; In Design, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher helpful. National Career Readiness Certificate preferred.
 
Salary:  $18.55 per hour
