Ribbon Cutting Celebration for the Algona Fieldhouse + Performance Center
Join us on Friday, September 26 at 9:30 a.m. for a Ribbon Cutting Celebration at the new Algona Fieldhouse + Performance Center, located on the Algona High School campus.
This incredible new facility was built to serve Algona student athletes in grades 7–12, providing them with a state-of-the-art space to train, practice, and grow—right on campus and at more accessible times.
Facility highlights include:- Four wooden courts
- Two additional courts on the track surface
- 80x80 wrestling room
- New weight room
- 200-meter indoor track
- Indoor batting cage
The Fieldhouse will provide much-needed space for all sports teams, and with indoor options, the track and field teams can now train year-round, unaffected by Northern Iowa’s unpredictable weather.
